Full featured diagram editor written in java. I wrote it as diploma work (BSc.) at Palacky's University. It's something like Kivio from KOffice.  In the past (mid of 2005) it was even better, but current code is unmaintained... and I have to say - Kivio is much better at this moment. But the code is licensed under the terms of MIT license. So, if you are interested, you can takeover this project.
